Update On Me

Good job Ang on throwing out that cig. You must have felt really strong in your ability to do that. A smelly bath is a great reward. You will feel and smell great. No more stinky cig smell for you. ang... Advice huh? N.O.P.E. Not one puff ever. That is how each and every one of us quit. We do not light another cigarette. Congratulations on successfully making it through the temptation. Not so sure I would have that early in my quit. Protect your quit at all costs. Get rid of any cigarettes, lighters, ash trays...any temptations at all. They just are not worth it. But the freedom is. You are doing a great job. :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 7/1/2005 Smoke-Free Days: 223 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 4,473 Amount Saved: $780.5 Life Gained: Days: 19 Hrs: 17 Mins: 1 Seconds: 4

Ang, A nice hot bath and insence is a great way to relax when those cravings kick in! Thanks for the tip! Melanie __________________________ The SSC Support Team
