Thank you asi.

You make a really important point. I have been thinking about it and I really think I need to work on my self worth. I am going to try to be talking kinder to myself and check in with myself when my worries get out of control. So far so good!

Hi kitty, remenber its not your friends who decides the value that you worth. Never forget your worth dispite what feed back you receive around you.

Thats normal that thoughts go through our head.

Hi Kittycat1234 - You might want to check out Session 3 of the Anxiety program: https://evolutionhealth.care/session?pageId=105&sessionId=12.

In that session we introduce you to the concept of challenging your anxious thoughts. Anxious thoughts certainly increase panic and anxiety, but the good news is that you can learn to challenge them. Learning to do this is a skill and it takes time - but it's worth it!

Please let us know if we can help!

A girl friend of mine has not been good at returning my phone calls. I am starting to get paranoid that she doesn't like me. I am not sure if this is my social anxiety or reality! ahhhhh! Does anyone else get anxiety about friendships or unreturned calls? how do you cope?

I know I shouldn't be think stressed but I am :(
