One year ago I was not working, completely depressed and I didn't realize that I needed an adequate treatment. I wanted to get better but I never made the right choices. The good thing is that I took the opportunity to do some professional training and some relaxation activities.
 
Now I am still battling with depression and friends but I already feel more motivated and started working on some goals. Also, I made a strong resolution to treat my self and get better. I have some good news to report because in the last 1 or 2 weeks I felt an huge improvement in my job performance and I am feeling more confident now.

Take a moment to think back to where you were in your life one year ago. 

How would you describe the state you were in back then - emotionally?  physically?  mentally?
Were you contemplating making specific changes in your life?
Did you have specific health goals? 
Did you make any changes in your daily life to achieve your health goals?

Now reflect on where you are in your life today.

Have you recognized changes in yourself emotionally, physically, mentally?
Have you reached specific health goals you set for yourself?
Have you found you lost motivation along the way?
Or, have you found a renewed sense of self? 
How has your outlook on life changed?

It's important to check-in with yourself every so often.  If you need to,  redefine goals for yourself and make specific plans to reach your goals.  Use the forums to share your goals and your accomplishments along the way!
