A Book

Wow, 15 holds at the library.  It must be good.  However, I know the feeling about buying them and not reading them.  Sounds like it would be worth the wait though!

Hmmmm

Do you think if you bought it you may be more motivated to read it? Wish I could help more with this decision

A book was suggested to me. It''s called "Feeling Good" by David Burns MD.

It looks real good. The problem is, I get books and usually dont read them. I may start, but rarely finish.

My new pdoc wants me to get it. I want to, just dont want to buy another book and not read it. 21 holds at the library.
