procrastination

casey i think i mentioned it somewhere else, but i expected this site to help me...i find myself spending time here and not accomplishing other important tasks...thats just a tongue in cheeck comment. this place is better than lots of the trashy sites on the net..i actually got onto this site through "stumble" which picks sites of interest in a somewhat random way. I found a number of depression sites and have to spend some more time reading them. thanks for your help

Hi bob, Fellow members should be responding soon - but I just wanted to suggest for you - if you are having trouble completing tasks you do not enjoy, you may want to consider planning a small reward for yourself after an accomplishment to help keep you motivated. i think procrastination is the result of not being able to make dicisions. in any event this web site is a great way to pass the time and avoid doing the things i must do...like my taxes etc. i create a lot of anxiety because i continually delay things. can anyone help me with suggestions as to how i should complete tasks...some of which are unpleasant.
