...frustrated...

I can understand your frustration! Don't know what to say except keep trying which I'm sure is very irritating to hear. Sorry. Do you have a medical doctor who could try getting in touch with them for you? Take care of yourself.

So I found a place I want to get therapy at... to get started you need to set up an intake consultation. I've called their intake office number of times in the past week.. all fruitless. I only get their voicemail, which askes you to leave your contact info and convenient times to reach you.. Well, unfortunatly, I work full time during normal busines days/hours, and my freetime -- my lunch hour is limited and random, and almost always never the full hour. So..needlees to say, unless I get a person on the phone when I'm calling... I can't talk to them. This isn't one of those things I want to do at work, since I have no privacy.. My workstation isn't even one of those cubicles.. zero privacy. I find it a bit disconcerning that they do not have someone available to answer an intake phone call most of the time. blargh. :(
