I successfully got a flu shot

The flu can be a real downer! I had the flu vaccine the last 3 years it really ehlps but I still have to have days off work due to a bad cold. Now Im following homeopathy and they say I shouldnt take a vaccine better to have the flu and fight it.

You definately made the right choice. I've had the flu the past few days and I haven't been able to work or anything. It's so boring being at home all day, but my mood has stayed pretty good considering the circumstances. I started taking Prozac 2 weeks ago, so maybe it's kicking in.

I'm suffering from major depression, and anxiety. I had to get my flu shot today and I just self-talked myself that it would be fine, and that I would all right. When I felt the anxiety I told myself it was normal, but that I would be all right. I'm very proud of myself.
