That's on Tuesday as well! Tuesday is a busy night for me lol. Therapist apt and then the mood disorders apt.
My throat is so dry today and stressing me out I'm assuming it's another lovely part of anxiety and the breathing thing!

Omg it's so true. When I'm not in those high moments of anxiety I can sometimes laugh about it and how silly it can get bit than once your in it it's terrifying! Ugh anxiety.

Yah!! I have the what if its forever too!! God its so predictable that its funny but then when youre going through it, you dont see the humour at all but terror lol

Yes hahah I wish I could punch it too! That one is the worst. The 'what if I'm like this forever or what if this is as good as I'll get' those ones drag me down sooo much. I try and yell STOP in my mind when I get that way. Sometimes it helps sometimes not so much.

I hate that one! I wish I could punch it! Every single time I have that what if thought baaaam - panic. It freaks me out cuz im like I cant live like this. This is too much. But see ... its that anxious mind talking. Though I am totally dancing to its music like a puppet.

Those what if thoughts are the worst!!!! Can't we just shut them off lol. I had that what if thought today what if this is as good as it's going to get!

Me too.

I do the same. I keep distracting myself when I feel like im not here by watching tv. Like today I delayed watching tv and ive been so anxious all day. So I hear you sista. Though the focus is different (yours is breathing mine is the unreality) they are both bodily symptoms that is distressing. Im trying exposure but im just so scared and then those stupid what if thoughts that what if it doesnr get better, what if its permanent, what if i peakes in my recovery. Gawd.
