Welcome Tanisha,

Good for you for coming here and trying to work on the anxiety. That takes a lot of courage. I encourage you to get started on the program and work on it regularly. Anxiety disorder have a very good treatment rate - in other words you can get better. I look forward to reading about your journey.

I'm here to introduce myself. I started having panic attacks in my teens. I didn't know what they were but I knew I felt like I was going to die. Ever since then it has gotten to the point where I take cabs very where I go an avoid large crowds and spaces. I even freak out in the cab if we're not in the far right hand lane. I'm here because I was blessed with an in hoe therapist who is willing to help me overcome my panic attack issues. I think in my recovery it'll be good to have a healthy outlet to exchange information while I work the sets because I know my life it about to get REALLY real!
