That is a tough question. I would say that bullying can be considered a sort of trauma. Trauma can lead to a myriad of mental health issues with anxiety being one of them. Each person is different though, someone can experence horrific trauma and not experience any mental health issues. It is dependent on many things, genetic predisposition, environment, current behaviours, diet, etc. etc.
