Stress and Gray Mouth

9 years ago 0 96 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
I went to my dentist in July since she is right on my street and within a comfortable walking distance (although I drove due to the heat and bit of agoraphobia). She said there is something I am taking that is making my mouth grey. I actually should grab a torch and see if it's grey still, which it likely is. I also have seen a gastroenterologist since I've been on this board. They wanted to do some tests on me that could very well be linked to my anxiety disorder, but due to my hypoglycaemia they can't. I'm supposed to go dairy/gluten free but it's very hard. I'm trying to lessen my load on bread, and I'm taking a probiotic.

Hi Megski84,

When is the last time you were able to see your doctor?  I recommend consulting a health care practitioner with your concern of the gray colour you're noticing.  They could also support you with treatment options for anxiety.  What medications or natural treatments have you tried to help treat your anxiety?  What has helped?

Has anyone experienced a gray colour on the roof of the mouth and severe stress?
