Hello,

What physical symptoms do you experience when you are anxious in social situations? Focus on those symptoms when completing the simulating panic sessions. The simulating panic sessions will help you to lose the fear of fear which is a big part of taking control of anxiety.

Simulating panic is conditioning that teaches you how to cope with anxious situations, any situation. They are more a test of how well you can cope in any situation.
So thinking about a social situation would be the same if the thought makes you anxious. Can you simulate an anxious thought in your mind and not have it affect you. That is the object.

As my problem is with social anxiety disoder(social phobia) I don't have the fear of  having a heart attack, losing control or dying, my fears are more about what others will think about me or If my hands will shake and things like that. So, do I need to skip those sessions ? (because these sessions are about simulating panic)
