Is emotion like balloons of air?

Hi Vincenza, Davit,
Unfortunately, I haven't a social circle to talk to. People in the big city value material things during this month, anyway it seems.  A couple of the friends I had are ill, too.I probably do what I can through the small, but important interactions with sales clerks, etc.

If I have a complaint, I find it helps to assert myself, but companies get away with a lot, since most people don't wish to waste their time.  As a caregiver, I have to chose my battles, so I can't be picky about petty matters.

There's a great cost financially and otherwise, to being a caregiver, and to showing my vulnerability around opportunistic people, paranoia aside.

Hi Hugs,

I had a similar question as Davit for you -
What other activities or situations help you deflate your balloon? I know you do Tai Chi and other activities on occasion.  Talking with others is often very helpful.  You end up learning a lot about yourself as well as those you meet.  I encourage you to keep chatting with others!
Have a lovely week..

I don't but I can understand what you say and agree. How do you intend to manage these balloons so they don't over inflate. You know emotions will only take so much, just like your balloons.

I feel it is worth talking to anyone because the odds they will talk to me are far greater than that they won't. Well worth the gamble.

Davit
