Hey, nice format change to the site. So nice to see a picture of Mr. Ed, too!
Hang in there, Nurse, and congratulations on 12 terrific weeks! Congratulations to all of us, for that matter. We're non-smoking and thriving!
I'm plastered at the moment - at least 3 of the fingers on my right hand are - and will be until for a little while yet. Had surgery Tues. on a broken finger. Safety Note: Please be sure to turn off those old mowers, and be sure the blade has stopped, before attempting to clean away those grass clumps

Great quit, DavisCup. Stay strong.

Janna,
Congratulations on keeping your quit. You sure can't doubt your strength after that test!! And lightheadedness - hah. I can't remember when it actually stopped. But it was better than the dizziness after lighting up for the first time after not smoking for hours and hours; and without the smelly breath or cooking my gums and the lining of my mouth.
Quitting is a little like labor pains. After a while I forgot the discomfort and inconveniences I experienced. Unlike labor pains however, I DO NOT want to repeat my quit!
Stick with your fellow quitters - read a lot, post a lot, vent a lot, laugh a lot, cry when you have to, use your tools, drink tons of water, sleep, exercise, check your stats daily and reward yourself regularly, and love and be kind to yourself. You're doing something very difficult and healing from some pretty nasty toxins. Be very kind.
Stay strong, you're awesome!!
