Who are the Febuary 07 Quitters?

It sure is good to see folks still holding their quit and coming up on the six months milestone. Being a non-smoker is proving to be much easier than being a smoker was. The urge creeps up once in a while, but not strong enough to keep my attention. See you at the 6-month party! ~Mary My Milage: My Quit Date: 2/21/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 162 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 2,916 Amount Saved: $891.00 Life Gained: Days: 22 Hrs: 15 Mins: 55 Seconds: 29

ONE YEAR AGO TODAY....QUILTTRIP!!!

What a wonderful anniversary. Congratulations to all of us! The year has flown by and I hope we're all breathing a lot easier. Those first few torturous hours, days, weeks and months were SOOO worth it and living life as a non-smoker is a wonderful reward. The money not spent is pretty nice too ;) The support of moderators, successful veterans and other new quitters is an invaluable weapon against the nico-demon. It seems I was either sleeping or online here for the first few weeks or so. I was still going to work, doing chores, walking the dog - just not really present. Maybe it was all of that water we were drinking! It was helpful to know there were other zombies out there refusing to give in to the addiction, too. And the "old timers" were right - it did get better. And better. And better.
