How time flies,ha! It seems like 3 Years :)but none the less it feels good. I don't know if it was one of those "3 things" that I have read about but this weekend was a little tougher than the first two. Nothing real bad but more persistant and frequent craves than previous. This too shall pass or at least my wife hope's it will :)
In the mean time I am chewing on straws like they were the last thing I was ever going to eat! That seems to help, though I am sure it looks strange to passing motorists. Well on to the next week, one day at a time.

Congratulations Mrsd you are experiencing the good news about Chantix. This means it is working for you like it is supposed to. I am starting my 5th week of using it and starting my 4th quit week. It has been very helpful. There have still been craves but much more moderate than I have experienced in previous attempts to quit. Like Call Me MomMom noted it may be more reactions to triggers than actual craves. But whatever they are, that is a good reason for you to come to this site. Let us know how you are doing once you go off the cigs.

Scotcia one thing I have found at this early stage is that if I am going to have a drink I have something other than what I would normally have. I am a scotch drinker but have not had one since I quit. I grab a beer or a glass of wine instead to avoid the trigger that I know having a scotch would genrate. Also don't have too many, because you might get that "I am bullet proof" syndrome and decide to have a smoke, thinking just one won't hurt me but... you know it will.
