Rob47, True...........none of really " know " each other but, we are a mixed bag of people with one common problem and goal. It is great to have opposing views............without individuality , life would be very dull. Let us learn from each other and our diverse perspectives.............we have little to lose and lots to gain! I was neither disagreeing nor agreeing.........only giving my take on a particular subject. Sometimes, I think how blissful life was before I took on this challenge! What was I thinking??? Thinking that it is worth all of this present upheavel to spend more time here with the people I love, in good health. And that is what I wish U, Rob47 and all..........Good Health..........and to All A Good Night! LOL U Gotta Laugh! Cheers, Pat

When i joined this site, originally, I inspired by the numbers on each ones' meters, be in in 2,000 or just 2! Back then even one day was a monumental task! The power to control the demon is ongoing and sometimes we might faulter. I now believe that the purpose of my meter is something I own, just like my quit and unless someone can get inside my skin, it can never represent to them what it means to me. Let each of us own the right to let the meter be a positive influence on ourselves. If we weakened a bit and got right back up and kept going...........personally, this is a stronger and better person for having admitted, I slipped, but, I am not going to let it me more than that! We are all human and given to mistakes but, let us each understand that it is ok, but, for the grace of God , it could have been me. Now, go brush your teeth and go to bed! Cheers, Pat

U are doing GREAT, Alexa! One reason for your shortness of breath is hidden right there in your own words...." I started to feel better while writing this post." Seems to me stress is a factor here........DUH! Keeping busy...........mentally and physically are great coaping skills we can all learn. Reading, listening to music, TV do not do it for me............gardening, running, baby sitting, cleaning ( the kind of cleaning U do once a year ...really digging in to it!) anything that might challenge U physically..........lifting weights, go bowling ( nothing like a bowling alley to exhaust the senses and the body!) get involved in nature get up at sunrise and see " the dawn break", sunset on the lake........anything to renew your faith in LIFE and living.....a whole big wonderful world we have all been missing all these years stuck within a big cloud of smoke.......is beneficial for your body and mind. The smoke has cleared, Alexa...........look out .........between us and the horizon there are wonders everywhere U look. We can see clearly now , the clouds are gone.............the obstacles come and go, wax and wane......this is life.....deal with it! U are strong! U have friends.........have faith! Meet the obstacles with new coping skills , new ways to manage the troubles life slings our way! Cherish Life. Cheers, Pat
