Few things...Havnt smoked in over a month...until today...problems coping with strange symptom...

I ditto what Lady says! But I do want to tell you that I too had a very hard time concentrating and couldn't even think of completing or starting the simplest of tasks. This has started to get better for me just this week. I believe it is our brains adjusting to the lack of dopamine and other chemicals. We have to give our bodies time to adjust metabolically and it doesn't happen overnight. I just kept telling myself to be patient. It was going to get better and it was going to be worth it. I only did what was absolutely necessary. Everything else got put on the backburner. Sounds like the Nicodemon took advantage and sneaked in the back door. This addiction is very sneaky. It's a choice! 100 day cravings/1 year cravings! U gotta be kidding!!!!!

You have 12 days quit because of one day at a time and one crave at a time. That's how we all do it! I would rather be a non-smoker with an occasional desire to smoke than a smoker with a constant and obsessive desire to quit smoking. It's a choice! Breakers - Monday Roll Call

I am more free today. Tough weekend for me. The Nicodemon and I had a serious discussion about relapse. Outloud I told Him. "I am going to do whatever it takes to be a non smoker. I want to be quit more than I want to smoke. I'm lovin it." Had my second smoking dream last night where I chose to relapse, but I didn't feel so good after having a few puffs. Guess I was cementing in my subconsious that discussion I had. Feeling stronger today. Keep up the hard work Breakers!!!
