Quiet forum

Hi Ashley

Ive been thinking that the forum is very quiet since the website changed...no new posters. I thought a reason for this is when you come to the home page of the website you can't see that it says "forum" anywhere. For people looking for a smokers forum they probably can't find it. If they click on the "quit smoking" tab this doesn't take you to the forum either. I was thinking maybe the "community" tab should be a "forums" tab instead. Just a suggestion.

Thanks John. Last time l used spray but l have some patches here and may use them l think. I need all the help l can get. Thanks Tim this is a tricky one because anxiety is a BIG trigger. I think l just have to reset my brain and tell myself l can't smoke no matter how lm feeling otherwise there will always be some reason to smoke. Ive just gotta use my willpower l think. I'm armed with spray, patches and junk food and ready to go!!!

60 Days

Oh wow 60 days!!! That is such a top effort! Congratulations!

Its such a good feeling when yr not controlled by something external. It's so empowering isn't it. You sound like yr in a really good place about it....confident but not complacent and that's the way to manage it. Keep up the great work John and thanks for yr support. How do something to celebrate....my thing to reward myself is paying for a back massage....soooo good !!

Now you don't have to take breaks from yr online gaming anymore ?

Oh no here we go again!

Its slow but lm on the right track. I did what suggested and have given myself over to junk food, already putting on weight. Oh well it's only temporary. I'm just using the spray for this quit. I feel stronger than l did day one.

Thanks for yr support everyone!

Oh no here we go again!

Hi John and Tim

This forum is so quiet these days. I'd say ppl are having a harder time finding it than before. I just checked my Meter and lm on day 8....l haven't been counting. It's easier not to this time. Well week one has gone by quickly and uneventfully. My cravings have been minimal thankfully. Ive reduced the junk food a bit and am depending on my nic spray for comfort. I wish l was celebrating 7months instead of starting all over again. Ah well it will teach me for next time...l DO NOT want to go through this again. Yes Tim Springs just around the corner here....totally can't wait for better weather! So l can get out and do more. I have a bucket list that l want to start ticking off.

John your kitty cat is so darn cute! They're characters aren't they and so much part of the family. I love them to bits! They brighten my day. People without pets really miss out.
