Oh wow 60 days!!! That is such a top effort! Congratulations!

Its such a good feeling when yr not controlled by something external. It's so empowering isn't it. You sound like yr in a really good place about it....confident but not complacent and that's the way to manage it. Keep up the great work John and thanks for yr support. How do something to celebrate....my thing to reward myself is paying for a back massage....soooo good !!

Now you don't have to take breaks from yr online gaming anymore 😀

Hi Tim and thank you I am pleased but not complacent, the addiction is still there but not active and its down to me to keep it that way ... and that is something I fully intend to do 😀

Congratulations on going 2 months smoke free now! 👍 You make it sound sooo easy too, but we both know, it's because of your positive attitude and frame of mind. You are doing awesome John, keep it going....forever!

Today I have not smoked for 60 days so I'm happy with that, feeling good and a lot healthier, the money not spent on tobacco is a bonus but to me the important thing is I'm living my life without feeding an addiction. Today the addiction is not on my mind but I an aware of it and avoid situations related to smoking and this I don't find hard to do. I am enjoying my quit journey and enjoying how I feel today 😀

Have a happy smoke free day
