you can say nothing work for me and then I quit cold turkey and I will be one years smoke free this May 2013.after about 3years of fear of quitting I will pum thread call 6 dayz for you hope you see how I was before quit and after I quit ,there is light at the end of the tunnel of cores and you gonna feel it with time,you didn't have to quit cold turkey like me but if you gonna use anything to quit this time I hope you look to your quit as matter of To be Or not To be ,in the end read post post often and I wish you well..
