Tomorrow I'll be 260 dayz smoke free ,looking back to this post and say to myself way to go me I pass 6dayz 18houreand 29minutes until next achievement.I'm so happy to say that the next achievement is ONE YEAR smoke free without this site and the support which I get here I cold not do it ,I want to say to new quitter that it can be done no matter how many times you try I'm here because I say to myself that I gonna try till I die so here I'm with story to tell, I'll end here wish everyone doing fine and see the light at the end .
First I want to thank everyone for your support to me also words of wisdom which I receive here it really make the different in my way to be smoke free.
I consider everyone give his hand to new peoples and support them is King Kong in his own way.Wish all the best to all of you .
Yes I say caffeine not nicotine,nicotine I'm now in 324 dayz smoke free but caffeine is day one ,I didn't image n that quiting caffeine is so hard like that ,my last try was in Feb 2013 stand for one month then I back to consume it again ,,but you know what I was in panic all the month and then I give up ..Now I have green tea in my hand and I'll not go back to coffee or ragler tea this time ,I hope to found some one quit coffee tea etc ,to give his experiences thanks everyone.
My statics: 8 Years XanX free,2 and 1/2 Years Alcohol free,and Day 1 caffeine free
