Alright, buying 10 cigarettes ??? huh, kinda sounds weird as in America we buy them in packs of 20......but on we go.....
We have never meet before but I can assure you I went through the same thing you are going through. I am a chemical laborer at my work and it consist of tallying up many figures to get the right amount of chemicals for the various detergents we produce and I found myself using a cheat sheet left beside the batch stations for those who have a hard time remembering or doing math in their heads. Do not worry! I think it was around my 50th day of not smoking I literally thought of diving out the window due to the mental stress I had put upon myself for the last 50 days leading up to my crumble.
Although, as you guessed I am still here and do not have any more thought of doing myself in as the big cigarette company would want anyways, but nevertheless. The ice water trick helps, and if you cant get to ice water then try a long lasting gum that will keep your mouth moving; therefore, tricking your mind...
I am far from the man you want to look up to or use as a roll model but keep it up as a day with out a cig is a day well spent.... The best of LUCK Brother...

I have already ate 2 ice cream cones and drank 3 glasses of ice cold water and feeling better already. Although, I must control my temper and not get so worried about the stupid stuff that happens and then say I should start smoking again...
Any advise??? Any Shrinks in the room..... laughing.....

This is why I keep on coming back to this website as everyone pulls together as a family and stops the nicodemons in there tracks. I appreciate all of the feedback and helpful caring thoughts as everyone pulled me out of my pickle funk. I understand this will go down in history and people will be talking about the pickle incident for years to come. Actually, I am going to change my name to ((PickleMadness09)) that way it is official and in case of copyright reasons....((Laughing))...
Time for bed, and time to start another day of a smoke Free lifestyle....
THANKS AGAIN....EVERYONE
GOODNIGHT>>>>
