Congratulations! It just gets better from here on, try some rewards even if its small ones. Once a week gives you something to look forward to. I used to go every Thursday for a cappuccino and I knew I couldn't smoke or I couldn't have it. ( it's all mind set lol)
8 years ago I found this site, set a quit date and have never looked back! How did I do this..... Determination, some wonderful people here, great family, and some wonderful rewards. This wasn't my first attempt, but it was my last. Thanks to everyone for the support I know it helped!!!!
