What do you think you did to make yourself feel so determined?

Hi there,

Congratulations on a month quit!!!

Your name is the reason you have stayed quit...determination !

That is what anyone quitting needs to keep going.  It is hard, but with that frame of mind you can win.  Let me assure you, you will feel happy again every day, it just takes a bit of time, which is different for everyone.

Stay strong and tough on yourself, and whatever it takes, just don't smoke!

Awesome feeling isn't it?
You have a LOT more will power than you thought you did. I sure hope you are rewarding yourself because you really do deserve it.
Keep it up!

Well, I made it through a month of no cigs or nicotine PERIOD !! Don't know where the will power finally came from but its fierce this time around and that's a great thing !! People smoke all around me and I fiend a little but it really doesn't bother me !! Its pretty awesome that after 22 years and never quitting for more than 4 or 5 days before that Im on day 32 !!! So I was joking with my wife and said I made it a month so Im going to go buy myself a gift... she says what are you going to get... I say.... A PACK OF SMOKES !! HAHAHAHAHA  that of course didn't not happen but it was funny seeing her reaction !!  Some days are better than others Im not going to lie... some days Im so mad that Im not happy anymore, as if cigs would make me happy.. then I think How happy would I be when the doctor tells me I am dying and I basically killed myself because I had no will power to quit !! Brutal but its the truth and I have to be that tough on myself or I will smoke it up like a champ !! HAAHA  Thanks for all the support everyone and I look forward to another month of being a NON-SMOKER !!!!!
