Help!

Hi lolly, I love that you say freedom , as that's right! I feel free to choose. I choose to say no right now & this feeling is good. I have to visit UK. This week for a funeral. Usually a situation where one says oh, this is too stressful I will stop smoking afterwards. From experience I know, me smoking will not change anything apart from me feeling worse. No this week another challenge. I will deal with this without resorting to smoking. Watch this space. Thanks lolly Love Viv

Yay VIV!  Great to hear and thanks for checking in.
House plants are a great gift - natural air purifiers that will help you enjoy deep breathing that much more.
Keep it up.

Hi there Working on it, but get it right! Tomorrow is day twenty one!! Thanks for your support. It really does mean a lot. Yes I am really pleased. Yet it is one day at a time. I have treated myself to two house plants today. One of which is a Pitcher Plant!,, I never felt I should spend so much on a gruesome looking house plant before. However, today I thought it was quite significant, a reminder of Alan Carr. Very appropriate for me now. So yes doing very well.

Hi Viv - You're doing great so far!  Amazing in fact!  50 years is a long time and a lot of 'habit' to break.  But you are forging ahead with or without the Champix, and regardless of how many euros you've spent.  That takes huge personal strength and you are the one doing it!  Keep up the good work - join us often - browse away to keep your fingers tapping keys instead of using them to smoke - drink some tea or H2O - (I chewed cinnamon sticks which tasted great but burnt my lips, so maybe you don't want to try that)  but you will find what works to get past the worst of the early cravings and if you follow the cravings diary, you'll be able to chart how you begin to win over them!  Good for you!
