Hi Vincenza ! One thing that is not mentioned much, but was HUGE for me, was how my skin changed ! OMG ! as the kids would say! The change is just DRAMATIC !!!
My wife mentions it all the time as do other long time friends of mine. I think to myself, regardless of what all the experts say.... this is happening before my eyes, the same thing is surely happening inside my body where I can not see with my eyes.
