How was your day?

Thanks Vincenza for asking;  It's great to read other's posts and to think about some of the good things we are lucky to have. I spent my day working on my website for my 'soon to be famous' business : )  I am grateful for my two great sons, one fine husband, my baby Russian Blue kitten and a wonderful new client who found her way to me today!

Great idea to suggest we reflect on our day today Vincenza. I spent mine with my Siberian Husky, on our backyard deck, reading a library book on the civil war(a passion of mine). You made me remember how fortunate I am to be able to enjoy these simple pleasures in life as there are so many of us who have no dog or deck or home to enjoy.

Thank you Vincenza.

We often remind each other in the support groups to “take it one day at a time” in order to stay strong in our resolve.  Looking back on your day today, how did you spend it?  What 3 things are you grateful for today?
