Hello... I'm checking in to see if this site is still around. a good friend of mine is quitting today. I have been smoke free since Aug 10 2002. I was the Aug 2003 hall of famer. you can read my story there.Wanted to let you all know that it is doable. I feel so much better. My asthma is just about gone. I realy dont have an urges to smoke. Thank you to the Stop Smoking Center for providing me the support I needed to finally stay quit! and good luck to all of you. You can do it!
