Hi Big red, Well you have come to the right place.
Read the forums, use my program and tools .... get prepared a "quit basket" with gum, mints, something to distract you.. maybe some straws or chew sticks.
I am using Chantix.. but all the things out here are only aids to help. We all understand the addiction, the cravings, urges and emotional times.. BUT it is DOABLE.
