This is my first time in the discussion group. I found the sight on my first quit day. I now have a nice family dinner and then run to the computer, instead of outside to smoke. I am so proud that I have made it to day three. On my last try, I made it to day two and cried all day. I did not want to come home, I did not want to go to work, I did not want to do anything. This time, I have a whole different attitude. After 23 years of smoking, I now wake up and smile knowing it will be a smoke free day. I am not going to lie, I still think about it a lot. My sister and I started smoking together and now we are quitting together. I has helped us both to make it through the three days, it has also made our relationship stronger. We talk several times a day.
Enough of that, I just wanted to post and thank all of you for being there. I really does make it easier to know that you are not alone.
