Hi Disneyfan, Great quit you have and 1 more day closer to your month celebration. When I reached my month I also developed a really bad sore throat and didn't know if it was from quitting, anyway I went to the doctors and had strep throat. You might want to get checked anyway to be on the safe side. Besides I'm sure your doc will be happy to hear you'll have 30 days smoke free!! disney, Congrats on such great success! Smoking does have a habit of masking problems, so check with your doctor if this persists. Remember, your body is in the process of healing :) Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team.

Congrats Disneyfan on your quit, you are doing just great. Not sure about the sore throat thing. I know I had a bit of a time where I had to clear my throat a lot, but it was not sore. Lainey is right, you might want to call the doc. Anyway, great quit! :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/1/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 69 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,733 Amount Saved: $345 Life Gained: Days: 7 Hrs: 8 Mins: 15 Seconds: 34

Congrats Disneyfan, your almost at four weeks. You may want to see the Doc about that throat. A few folks had strep! But it seems there were a few complaints about a sore throat. Itmay be part of the body cleansing thing but I would get it checked. :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 64 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,624 Amount Saved: $675.2 Life Gained: Days: 7 Hrs: 20 Mins: 14 Seconds: 41
