Thank you. I bought my bike today. Nothing fancy. A 21 speed Schwinn hybrid. I rode it only for about a half mile today. (I only rode it home.) Now it's locked up in the bike room of the building until tomorrow. I'm gonna love riding. I used to ride all the time when I was young and living in San Francisco. I bought the bike that time too because I had quit smoking. I didn't quit smoking right away, but I did notice that it was much easier to ride the bike on days when I didn't smoke. I found that out again this time. The last time I rode a bike, I could hardly make it two blocks. I attributed the problem to my increased weight and age. Well, I rode just fine today. I still weigh as much as I did last time I rode, but I'm at least seven years older.
