xo Rock. I haven't had much energy to post but wanted to make sure (even though I'm late) to congratulate you on the hall of fame, and your 9 months. I was around when you first quit and remember how much you were going through then. My quit didn't stick then, but I didn't stay away for very long. And when I came back, I was so happy to see that you were still here.

I'm sticking now, and that is in large part to you. There are several people who are faithful about posting no matter how dumb my posts are, and you are one of them. You are an amazing man and I know that I'm not the only one here that concurs on that one. Congratulations.

The Navy Pier was wonderful last night. Ate at a seafood restaurant, the weather was beautiful! Thanks again everybody for your kind words.

Mike, its funny as somebody asked me recently why I spend so much time at this site. So many of you helped me with my quit. I needed to quit that day. That minute. I couldn't smoke another cigarette in my life. Its everybody here who helped me on August 20 and the weeks that followed. I felt, and I still feel, that I needed to pay it forward immediately. If I can help just one person, the way everybody helped me, than all is good. And in helping others, I am helping myself! In helping myself, I am helping others!
