A huge congrats lbugg and great to see your success.  Walkingeagle and attaaboy great to see you still in the groove.  4 years.........that is a great feat against the old nicodeamon and it proves that victory against smoking really can be done.  See ya all at the 5 year rest stop on the climb up the mountain.

Love to all

Big congrats Ladybug, I always knew you were a winner and would kick ash.  I read all of your posts and your wisdom helped me quit that filthy habit.....plus attaboy, walkingeagle, there were so many truly committed supportive folks at that time.  I was so happy when I found out last week tha cigs are six bucks a pop.  Yikes!  I never liked it that much.  They were a quarter when I stated smoking.  So I am right behind you.  Four years in July .

Wow, a big CONGRATULATIONS  on 4 years!
What awesome quitters you all were and are.

I remember reading some of your posts late at night early in my quit and learning ways to kick the tar and ashes out of this addiction.
Thanks for blazing paths for all those walking in your footprints behind you!

Thanks LadyBugg, and right back at you.  It's great to see you've made it, was wondering about you.   But we're all here.  YEAHHHH!!!

Just a few words for the new folks here,  us three were all on the site as much as possible, early on in our quits. We needed as much support as we could get, and the SSC was definatly a huge part of our success. As time went by, we were able to go about living your life, smoke free. You become more independent as time goes by. Many online friendships were formed, some members went so far as to meet. There are many people that I hope I never forget, the folks that reached out and grabbed our hands and helped us through the tough spots. So, I guess what I'm trying to get at is this, wwe are not on-site here nearly as much as at first, but I'll never forget the support we got from here.  So I promise to stick my nose in here as much as I can, just sorry it can't be every day...   Stick with your plans everybody, and you too will reach 4 years...  It's time for me to give back..

Many thanks to everyone here, people from the past, and the mods for keeping us in line..  Thanks attaboygirl & ladybugg, you too are the bestest quitters ever...

Thank you all so much!  I still like to celebrate my big milestones...although I tend forget they're coming (never thought I'd say that!).  I'm not sure I would have remembered this year if I hadn't been so smart as to quit on StPatrick's Day!  *lol*  I do remember how hard it was to quit.  I also remember how long I was miserable!  Those memories are what help me to know I will never, ever put myself through that again!

So stick to whatever program or plan you have set for yourself.  Trust that you made the right decision and do not allow yourself to re-think it while you are in withdrawals.  There really does come a day when you live your life like a normal person again (whatever normal may mean! *haha*)!

Love, ladybugg

Thank you for the pie Phillip! ~hugs~ I'll share my pickles with you!

Ron - I never did see all that money! *grins*  I thnk I spent that and more on rewards!
