wnt2bfree, Two weeks is wonderful! Definitely some of the most difficult to get through but you did it. Have you picked a reward to celebrate that 1+ day of life you've taken back? Many Congratulations wnt2bfree, 2 Weeks is a marvellous achievement, particularly when you thought that you wouldn't be able to last a day! And there you have it! The pre-conceived ideas of what one can and what one cannot do. You will continue to surprise yourself on this journey, if you stick with it, believe me! Good Luck!! :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 5/18/2004 Smoke-Free Days: 1099 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 21,980 Amount Saved: 5,495.00 Life Gained: Days: 176 Hrs: 13 Mins: 10 Seconds: 55

Congratulations wnt2bfree ! It is a rollercoaster but the good news is that ride does get easier as time goes on. What you are going through is definitely normal, top to bottom in the blink of an eye ;) but hang on. You have proven that you can do this. So just keep doing what you have been doing for the last 14 days, one day at a time. Today is my 2 week mark and I never thought (in a million years) I could even go 1 day without smoking. I am so excited to be able to say I have come this far and I want to thank you all for for your inspiration, laughs, triumphs, and your stories of struggle. My quit has been a rollercoaster ride of emotions. Some days I'm on top of the world and there's no stopping me, and other days I hate everybody for no reason. When I read all of your posts I feel that what I'm going through is normal and it's all worth it. Cheers to you all!
