Hi Katie - week two is alot easier. I was still riding on the high that I actually was not smoking! I have noticed my skin looks more clear and radiant, have you? I am getting ready to go to a job interview and it is so nice not having to "De-Stink" myself! Great job getting past one week! Cigarettes Not Smoked

I feel great about my one week down. Funny thing is for some crazy reason I only breifly think about smoking even at this early stage of my quit. I am convinced that it was being confident and prepared to do whatever it takes to not smoke again, along with the encouragement of my also new non-smoker after 25 years. And yes Anna, I do believe that my face is a little more clear and also has a bit more glow. Not sure if it is the smile (grin) from pride or the new skin that has been revealed that was hiding underneath all the nicotine. And at my age I can take all the help I can get with the glowing part. I have also noticed that my hair seems to be shinier and more healthy looking. nails are starting to grow and they are not yellowish colored from nicotine. My clothes are smelling fresher and I can actually still smell my own cologne at the end of the day. Never knew that I could have been looking so good and smelling so clean also. No way am I going back to my stinking ugly ways.
