Being Tested!

Okay, I'm an idiot.  What did I miss?
What's wrong with the son?  All I could see was that someone was looking at a picture -- photo, maybe?

Sorry to be so obtuse!!

I'm sorry about your son.
My prayers and warm toughts are with you. I hope you can find peace soon.
But smoking won't make things any better. You know that. I'm glad you are going for a run. Lots of positive energy.
Physical activity relieves stress and is a great aid for depression. You will be fine.
Hugs
Marivi

I wish I could run two miles!  This darn COPD (from smoking 2+ packs a day) keeps from even a fast walk!
Sorry to hear that you have had a little bout of the blues, and that darn nicodemon often hits below the belt.
Stay strong and focused.  And then go run another two miles.

There are those of us that are sprinters in life;
Those of us that are long distance runners;
Then there are cynical b:+ch&$ like me, sitting on the side lines making fun of how everyone else looks in their shorts!

Cheryl, sending happy thoughts your way.  That pesky nicodemon tries to draw us back, especially with triggers and stresses and memories.  Just know that smoking isn't going to fix anything.  Smoking won't cure the depression, in fact, it will make it worse.  You've been given some great advice from Sarah.  Changing scenery and drinking lots of iced water might help!  I hope your 2 mile run helped!  Post whenever you to, scream, rant, whatever you need to do to keep from smoking!
