Smoke free for eight days through hell week/heck week. That's awesome. Each situation at a time. You'll get through this. Keep up the great work! Penguin, I agree with you. I thought heck week was worse than the first week for some reason. But you've come this far and LOOK!!! 8 days now. time to celebrate and reward yourself. Keep strong HUgs Kim My Milage: My Quit Date: 6/7/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 169 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 4,247 Amount Saved: $684.45 Life Gained: Days: 14 Hrs: 23 Mins: 21 Seconds: 42

Personally, I thought heck week was a continuation of Hell week myself. But Heck did sound better than Hell week. You are still doing great and you can still make it through. Keep going and you will make it to the other side. Your desire to quit must outweigh your desire to smoke. I think it does. :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 7/1/2005 Smoke-Free Days: 510 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 10,217 Amount Saved: $1785 Life Gained: Days: 45 Hrs: 0 Mins: 32 Seconds: 4
