Day 7 Anxiety ++++

17 years ago 0 1306 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
What a difference a day makes!!!!! While I still continue to think about smoking continuously, the monster (KILL ME) anxiety of the last two days has gone. Sure does feel like you could cave at any moment though, and you really wonder if you're going to make it. I persevere and say, NOT NOW, OR LATER, whatever it takes. Thanks to my "friends" who keep checkin up on me, making me accountable like they know I need. Keeping the Quit, one day at a time. Windy, it was "Let's Make A Deal." That game is exactly what's going on in my head. Choose a door - Oh OH Wrong Door. Penguin, where is your list of reasons to quit smoking? Pull those out or get started writing them. Your junkie brain is working overtime...don't give it control over you. Stay on here and watch as more people post. We will help you get through. But above all, don't you dare smoke. It will not be a good thing. It will not help you one bit.
