Welcome to our support community! Panic and anxiety are treatable and there are ways to learn to over come your fears and carry on with life.
We encourage you to keep working your way through the program. There is a lot of really great information to help you learn more and understand your anxiety. Take some time to browse through the program and become familiar with all of the tools and resources available to you. There is a lot of great information in the support group, so read away.
This is my first time to post. I have only begun the first week. I have suffered with panic attacks for nearly three months. It's great to read about others working through their fears on a forum such as this. There are times when I feel very alone and negative so it's nice to see that panic doesn't have to be a life-long burden. Congrats Miki.
It's so great to hear about others and their goals and plans.
I too set some goals this year and am working through and towards them.
I need to:
1. learn to drive... I've had my learners a ton of times and NEVER take the final road test...
2. finish my degree.. I've already started this and am loving it so I feel confident about this one...
3. learn to love my body... sounds a bit silly but I have self esteem issues / weight issues...even though I'm not overweight... so that's my personal goal.
Way to go Miki.. can't wait to see you check them off your list.
