Hi everyone, Just wanted to let you all know that I have had a really good week. I took a bus by myself on Monday and even though I could feel the panic coming on I challenged my thinking and it went away. In fact, I didn't even remember to be scared on the way home. Also, the palpitations are way down. Cutting down on chocolate and coffee has made a real difference. I did cheat on Monday though and had an extra cup of coffee and a chocolate chip muffin (YUMMY!!) but I am near my cycle and the craving was sooooooo strong so I gave myself permission to indulge. I did have a palpitation that night that was quite strong but I recognized it for what it was and did not let it get to me. My anxiety level has been very low this week for which I am truly grateful and even though I realize they may not be over yet I will cherish this time with out them. Have a great day everyone!! ;)
