Wow Diva, you have a ton on your plate. Congrats on your exam and the combination of everything else, you did great!! You must feel really happy about all that, (plus exhausted :)). Have a good nap, a cup of tea and congrats again.

Hi guys, Well I had a big exam today. And I had very little time to study. I am up to my neck in papers to write. On top of it I could not sleep last night. Total insomnia. And all last night me and my hubby were fighting while I had to study... But I am still happy with myself. I managed not to have a panic attack through all that yesterday and not to panic today either. I went to my exam and I actually was pretty calm considering. I think I even did ok. Now, I have a meeting with my boss. Then I will go take a little nap before I get back to my papers! Later guys! -Diva

Hi guys! I went to the dentist all by myself today. I usually get either my husband or mom to come with me. But today I went all on my own. I did not panic and was very calm the whole time. I am pretty happy with myself :) And i didnèt even panic when I saw the bill :p lol Anyway have a nice day guys! -Diva

Hi guys! Well I guess i want to talk to you guys about the fact that I kicked off the school year and have been doing well :) I am dealing wel with my work and classes and homework and am doing weell in general. And when I start getting freaked out by the amount of work ahead of me I do my thought challenging and then take it one day at a time. I am also continuing to do the stuff that makes me feel better even tho I am more busy. I make sure to walk an hour a day at least 5 days a week (this had the added bonus that i lost 35 pounds since december lol!), I still try to eat well and sleep well, do my exposure work and thought challenging etc... I feel really proud of myself. Plus, my physical intimacy issues are slowly but surely getting better, which is good since i am married to a great guy :) On top of it I have been taking the bus to come home every night from school or work! Oh and I even started taking the bus often enough to go to school and work lol (which for some reason freaks me out more haha). I really feel like I got back so much of my life. Now I am not saying it is perfect lol and I sure am not running out of things to do for exposure work. I got a few new exposure plans to work out hehe. But all in all I think this program has helped a lot and I am very grateful for everyone's support. So thanks to all of you :)It feels good to know I can count on having someone there when I am having a rough time of it. -diva
