Welcome 1203, You have come to the right place! Please feel free to roam the site at your own pace. If you look to the left of the screen under "TOOLS" you will find many supportive tests. These tests are not diagnostic tools and are not a replacement or substitute for a physicians advice. The purpose of these tests is to prepare you with information that you can present to your physician. When youre finished the test, you can either print your Final Report or email it directly to your doctor. We also have developed a Panic Program. This program is 12-weeks and involves the tools mentioned above. Each session is based on the previous session, so we strongly advise that you work slowly through the program and not jump ahead. If you have any questions or concerns with our "TOOLS" you can contact our support department at support@paniccenter.net. Looking forward to hearing from you soon! Hello everyone, I have just started the program and hope this will help me out alot. I have had a panic dissorder for about 8 years now off and on since I was 20 years old. The biggest problem I have now is that my doctor told me that I had highblood pressure and my blood test didnt come back that great. It wasn't that bad my blood pressure and my blood test but she wasn't a nice laddy she told me I better watch it I could have a heart attact any day now when knowing I have a panic dissorder and handing me a sheet of paper on what to eat and said good luck see you back in a few months. I was in shock didn't know what to say when she told me that my mind started to go crazzy and started thinking shoot what if I have a heart attact.. So to the point is that now since I have been on a diet and doing good the past few weeks I can't stop thinking about when I am going to have a heart attact and it is causing me to have panic attacts with no sleep at night all over again. I hope this program can help me get the thoughts out of my head so I can move on with my life I am only 28 years old and don't need to be living like this. I want to make it thourgh this without having to get back on drugs that is why I think this program will help alot.
