Hi Everyone, I'm new to the group. I'm 34 and from Australia. It's winter here and only 63 degrees faranheit, which is so cold. I can't wait for summer. I've suffered severely from pd/agoraphobia for 8 years, but have had pd for 13 years and had my first one off panic attack when I was about 14. This site is great and I'm hoping it will help me with my graded exposure and recovery. I wish everyone the best with their recovery too. Elke

Lisa, You have come to the right place! Please feel free to roam the site at your own pace. If you look to the left of the screen under "TOOLS" you will find many supportive tests. These tests are not diagnostic tools and are not a replacement or substitute for a physician's advice. The purpose of these tests is to prepare you with information that you can present to your physician. When you're finished the test, you can either print your Final Report or email it directly to your doctor. We also have developed a Panic Program. This program is 12-weeks and involves the tools mentioned above. Each session is based on the previous session, so we strongly advise that you work slowly through the program and not jump ahead. If you have any question or concerns with our €œTOOLS€, you can contact us at support@paniccenter.net. We are the Support Specialist for The Panic Center and are open to any questions or concerns you may have. This our official introductory message, so that everyone has a chance to look around and see what the site is all about. Please feel free to post your questions and concerns at any time. The online support group is also very insightful and helpful. Welcome, Josie
