I wish you the best on your upcoming quit journey. You've did it before so you know what to expect. Tired of hiding, tired of feeling bad, just plain tired. Sounds like you might have found your motivation for following through on your quit this time. There's so many reasons to quit, kids, relatives, personal well being, fear of health issues and to be honest, I can't think of a single reason, ligament reason, for continuing to smoke. I see that you have went through the program at the top of the page. I hope you found some things in there that will help you on your journey. It's good to hear that your husband does not smoke around you. Maybe when he sees that you are able to do this, he might join you. Wouldn't that be great!
Keep your sights on climbing the highest mountain, and think how wonderful it will be when you reach the top and inhale all that fresh air...as a quitter, and still have the energy to climb another mountain.
Remember that trap, there is no such thing as "just one". You've been snared in it before and I hope you've found a way to fight it now. Stay strong and keep your defenses up.
