Good luck! I know how you feel, but you're not a loser as long as you keep trying ... relapses happen

Welcome back!

Don't be so hard on yourself. Relapses and slips are very common with quitting smoking. In fact, many people think they can be part of the healing process. The key is to determine what you learned from these experiences. So what did you learn from your last attempt? What triggered you to smoke again and how can you address it?

I am going to quit also. (Again) I recently had quit for 17 days and the past four days I have been smoking. I've quit as long as 8 months in the past, and over the past seven years I have quit at least 3-4 months out of the year. I can't understand why I relapse when the hard part is over. I use the gum to help. Good luck :)
