Hi !!! Last Wednesday I decided I wanted to quit. I normally smoke a 14 cigarettes a day. That day I had 2 and have continued to only smoke 2 per day. The first day was brutal!!! But now I'm finding it easier. I want to continue to fight the withdrawals and become SmokefreeSuz
Just signed up... wanted to say that I have also quit several times... and I know it sucks to go back... hang on for those first 5 days, and then you can focus on avoiding relapses! Good luck!
I am new to the forum but not to the act of quitting. I have quit a lot of times before and once it turned very successful too; I didn't smoke for one and half years, but i started smoking again. This time i was not enjoying it anymore, I wanted to quit everyday that i had smoked and somehow its been a year since i picked up the habit again. Today I have decided to call it the day.
Hope I find enough support and motivation thru this community.
