Good evening, Billy

Congratulations on your 5 months of freedom from the nicodemon. I'm right behind you at 4 months and 22 days and yes it does get easer day by day, and what a wonderful feeling it is to be free of that time consuming nasty habit. And remember whet ever you do just don't smoke.

Today makes 5 Months of freedom from smoking . Anyone reading this who has begun or thinking about quitting . You can do this . I smoked 35 years and gave them up 5 months ago today . There will be tough days , but you can do it . I encourage everyone to give up this habit that takes away our health , our money and our loved ones . You can beat this and believe me it does get easier . it also gets easier to breath  .                                                        Gadget / Billy H
