Time Management

I find the hardest thing is to forgive myself for "wasting time", you know what I mean....plan to do the washing, the shopping ,the cleaning, and end up doing nothing!! What I need to know is that time is mine to use as I see fit and if the boring stuff doesn't get done maybe that's because I need some down time, reflective time which is ultimately valuable time.
Best regards, Lilly

Managing your time is essential for your well being, body and mind.  Using preparation will assist you in gaining more time to concentrate on your progress.  Organize yourself and leave some you time.  Taking care of you, will help you take care of others.

What do you want to accomplish today?  Make an achievable list and don’t forget to include sometime to relax and wind down.

Remember, if the dishes or laundry don’t get done, they will still be there tomorrow and you will be ready for them!
